The Content Creator Apprenticeship (previously known as Junior Content Producer) develops the creative, technical, and strategic skills needed to produce high-quality digital content.

Apprentices learn how to plan, design, and deliver engaging media across a range of platforms — from social and web to video and interactive content. The programme builds a strong understanding of how content supports marketing objectives and brand growth.

Training Approach

The programme combines practical, project-based learning with masterclasses led by industry practitioners. Apprentices gain experience working to real creative briefs, developing the ability to produce content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

By the end of the apprenticeship, learners will have a strong technical foundation, a creative portfolio, and the confidence to contribute to professional marketing and media projects.
